Preparation of rack

Cut the brass rack to match the exact length of the respective sash.

The rack has threaded holes, spaced along one side.

Install the two hooks approximately 50mm from each end, using four of the hex bolts provided. You will need to choose the most suitable holes to use.

Ensure that the top hook is pointing upward and the bottom hook pointing downward.

Note that the sash will eventually be hung from the top hook as the lower acts as a support.

Parts may need to be disassembled at a later stage to add spacers between rack and hooks.

Top delrin wear pad shown.

Bottom pad should be fixed behind lower hook at the opposite end and side of the rack.
