Mechanism

A sash window fitted with Powersash with have one unit for each sash.

A unit consists of one motor, circuitry and software in an aluminum casing.

Each unit is concealed with the window frame and in turn drives a rack which is directly attached to the respective sash.

The technology behind the design of Powersash enables it to lift lower heavy sashes from just one side.

Where the sash width is more than its height, a spiral balance should be installed on the opposite side.
