Fitting the sashes

When both Powersash units have been installed, the sashes must be fitted.

Always fit the top sash first. Slot into position as shown.

Ensure that the gap between sash and window frame is uniform from top to bottom.

It is likely (especially with a heavier sash ) that the gap will be less towards the bottom.

Fit parting beads.

Proceed to electrical installation and system calibration.

Repeat the process with the bottom sash.

Remove the sash and fit spacers provided to achieve uniform gap.

Replace the sash and secure to the hooks with hex bolts.
