Assemble racks and channels

Insert rack into channels as shown.

Position rack within channels so that approximately 100mm of rack is above the point where the channels meet.

Ensure that the motor unit is already fitted.

With the rack in this position, fit the assembly into the frame, engaging the rack teeth with the pinion.

Fix the assembly to the motor unit using machine bolts.

Continue to screw to the frame using as many woodscrews as necessary.
